Data Protection Act 1998: the Data Controller for this Consultation is PolyMAT. Any personal information may be used with representatives from partner organisations in order to develop plans for the proposed new school. All personal data held will be securely deleted by PolyMAT after the end of the consultation period unless you have expressed an interest in registering your child for the new school or for getting involved, in which case you have given your permission for PolyMAT to hold your data and contact you.
PolyMAT is consulting on its intention to enter into a funding agreement with the Secretary of State for Education to open Woolwich Polytechnic School for Girls (WPSfG). This new school is due to open in the heart of Thamesmead in September 2019. The school will provide 240 places per year group from Years 7-11 and will reach its full capacity of 1,200 students in September 2023.
